    Post creating multiple graphs quickly

    Hi,

I've been trying to find a simple way of creating multiple graphs easily.

I have a behaviour tracking sheet of a group of students for all of the days of the week, with their behaviour rated out of 50 each day. I want to print this information out on seperate graphs for each students at the end of the week (every week) and don't want to have to manually set up every graph.

Is there an easy way of setting up a graph template then pouring individual students information into it to print seperate graphs? or an easy way to print mulitple graphs of individual results? will take me for ever if I have to individuallyh graph every students results!

please see an example spreadsheet of the tracking spreadsheet.

NOTE: I only need to print the Mon-Friday results for each kid

    PLEASE HELP!!

It would help if you included an example of the chart required for 1 student.

note "ex" data will be treated as zero.

    Updated table

I have updated the table to include a copy one of the students results for the week. I would eventually (once I know how) like to flag really low/high score with another colour, but one step at a time.

    Any help would be great!

    cheers

To have 1 chart display any specified student you can use a named range.

With code you can create a chart for each record in the table.

To highlight points you either use additional series or code.

When you say print a chart for each student do you mean on separate pages or on 1 page but separate charts?

    Andy,

I thought it could be done but I am unsure how to set it up as far as formulas and so forth go.

I would like to have the individual graphs on one sheet but then print them off individually to give to the individual students.

With the example graph I put on the spreadsheet I also tried to make an
anotations by writing in the cells around the chart. Icouldn't work out how to print showing both the cell info and the chart.

Sorry, these are very easy problems to solve I'm sure. I am slowly getting the hang of excel!.

    cheers

can you post example with annotation.

If you place all the charts on a single sheet then the only way to print individual charts, without creating more charts, is to use the chart objects printout method. This will not include any anotation that is in cells.

You could have 2 pages. 1 that contains all the individual charts and another that contains a single chart with the ability to display any particular student.

This would update automatically by some sort of selector, data validation perhaps. But could also be coded to change and print all students.

    Andy/any oneelse

I have made anotations on the spreadsheet chart.

Is there anyway you could assist me in setting up these functions?

    cheers

This will create a new page with a chart per student with markers colour coded.

It uses the single chart on the data sheet as a template for all the student charts it creates.

Highlight. F11. Sure, it wont be a beautiful chart, but you can edit it.
