Interactive Graphs

I have a spreadsheet with numerous tabs and numerous graphs. Each graph has its own tab. I want to be able to have a graph "title" be linked to 2 cells in a different tab which contain text and numbers. For some reason it only lets me do either the text or the numbers not both of them together. Thanks for the help!

you can only link the chart title to a single cell address.

Use a spare cell to concatenate information first.
