    Bar charting

I am trying to plot a bar chart using a primary and secondary Value Axis. When I do this, one Series eclipses the other. I've played with Gap, and then that makes one Series skinny, but still sitting on top of the other. And God knows what the Overlap does (I'm assuming it doesn't apply to the Bar Chart, or it's broken). How do I put these two Serieses side-by-side once and for all?

Thank you for the help...whoever ye be.

    Explanation can be found here

The use of the overlap is more obvious when you have multiple series on the same axis.
