Axis Label from Multiple Selections

I have 2 lists that are the same type of data but they are listed 1 below the other and there is a title in between. I need to use the data in column A as the x axis labels but the title gets in the way. How can I 'skip' over that row? I tried just using Ctrl when selecting the data range in the Source Data->Series->Catagory (x) axis labels box but it gives me an error.

Never mind, i was doing it wrong apparently. At first it/i entered selection1+selection2, but i see that using a command instead seems to at least not give me an error, not sure if its working though since the data doesnt seem to be showing up in the chart.
