Help Forcing X-axis categories to show all

I am trying to get a column chart to always show all category labels on the a-axis. I know how to change it by right clicking format axis > scale tab, but I need to know how to force the scale to always be 1.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Don't think you can force it. It's an automatic setting which you can change once the chart has been created.
