Pie chart percentage problem

I have a pie chart problem...the attached workbook gives detail of figures and what i have made so far.

The problem i have is my percentage figures are out of 133 and when i make a chart it is not translating the figures directly but making them as a percentage of 100.

Any help appreciated on this.

A pie chart takes the data values and calculates the percent of each data value in relation to the sum of the data values.

Your 3 values sum to 51.9. And Achieved value of 24.8 is 48%.

Where does 133 come into this?

My chart is to measure performance of planned visits to site (total planned is 133) the % figures in chart represent current performance.
I was hoping to be able to use a pie chart to show performance through the year and a final chart at the end of period.

Is this possible?

You would need to add another slice that will bring the values sum to 133

I7: =133-SUM(I4:I6)

A pie is used to show the proportions of the whole so must include all elements that make up the whole.

Thanks Andy, I may just wait until the end of period and produce a pie chart which will reflect performance over the year, i can chart performance of individuals and overall using a bar chart until then.
