Is there any good software out there for creating really nice looking charts? Whats a good one and are there any of them that are free?

You really need to define what you think is 'really nice'.

Whilst the desire chart may not leap out of Excel it is possible to customise charts.

I know it's just that they all seem so boring...I just got the demo of crystal reports but it seems a little too complex for what im looking for..
