When putting in X axis the data becomes distorted

Hi,

The chart on this attachment is correct except when I try and change the X axis to Week commencing and use the dates in cells C5:C25 it distorts the data in the chart. Any solutions anybody?!?

Not really a distortion. When you use the dates for the axis labels excel plots the axis as time series.

Although you are using dates you want the axis plotted as category.

Right click chart and pick chart options.
On the axis tab set X axis to Category rather than automatic.
