Gantt-like chart but without dates, start and stop values listed instead

Hello, I would like to make a chart like the one in the attached picture.

Ideally, I'd like to have a table setup like this:

    Title | Start | Stop
    Freq Range One | 5 | 25
    Freq Range Two | 55 | 100
    Freq Range Three | 15 | 85

Does anyone know how to do this?

    wow!
That is exactly what I'm looking for.
    Thank you!

--okay, stupid question, how can save it as a regular .xls file and make it not "read only"?

    I changed my upload slightly.

What you need is the difference between the start and the end not the total of the end. see my amened attachment.

I see what you're saying, otherwise the values wouldn't have lined up correctly

You could use a overlapped clustered column to get same chart if you do not want to recalculate end points.

Change series order so start overlaps Stop.
Format start series to match plot area.
