Chart only a part of a large data set

    Hi,

I am looking to set up a chart with a years worth of data but i only want to chart a 13 week period. This 13 week period will change every week.

i.e. if this week is week 51 then I want to chart week 39 to 51 and next week will be 40 to 52.

I have setup up the data as the rows are the week from 1 to 52 and the columns are Level 3, 4, and 5 respectively

each cell will have a number anywhere usually from 1 to 10.

I know if probably needs a dynamic named range but i've never used this before.

    Thanks

There are plenty of examples on the forum. Try searching for dynamic ranges.

This explains Last 12 months but the principle will be the same

    Hi There

Not sure if this works in other verisons of excel but it 2007 if you create a chart based on all the data and use auto filter on the data, the chart will change based on the auto filter.

    Hope this helps

    Cheers

It's just a case of using swapping rows and column references.
