    Percentages

    This is a worksheet that I put together as an example of what I am looking ot do.

    Weeks 1/26/09 1/12/08 1/5/09

    Therapist 1 12 5 2 33.3% Compliant

    What I am trying to do is convert the numbers above to show as a 0 if they are <=4 and show as a 1 if they are >=5. 0 = 100% compliant and a 1 = 0 % Compliant. I need the end of the row to calculate the average percentage based on the number of weeks. For example, Therapist 1 would show 33.3% compliant Can anyone help me on this one?

    Re: Percentages

    To calculate the percentage you can use

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(B3:D3<=4))/COLUMNS(B3:D3)

    assumes the 3 values where in row 3.
