Clustered and Stacked Column Chart

Table B
Score Col A Col B Col C
+1 1 2 3
+2 3 2 2
+3 5 8 3

I have these 2 seperate tables. Any Idea on how to go about charting this data in this format.

Table A Col A data to compared beside with Table B Col A.
This is to be the same for the other columns. Clustered Table format

In each column, I would also like it to be consists of the +1,2,3 data values in a stacked Column.

Any idea?
