timeline bar chart with gaps, ranges

    Hi,
i have data that looks something like this:

    CPU# Task Start End

    cpu1 t1 5 10
    cpu1 t2 15 25
    cpu1 t3 30 40
    cpu2 t4 0 10
    cpu2 t5 15 20
    cpu2 t6 25 30
    cpu3 t7 0 5
    cpu3 t8 5 15
    cpu3 t9 20 30

The numbers start and end are time range.
    Assuming a horizontal bar chart,
all the ranges for 'cpu1' should appear in one horizontal line
with bar stretching from 5 to 10 and then from 15 to 25 and then from 30 to 40,
in other words the line for cpu1 is not continuous but broken,
and should appear in one horizontal lane only

    How can i do this?

I am attaching a jpeg for an idea.

    Thanks,

Not easy to set up the data from you current layout.

Basically you need to calculate padding and length of each of the stacked bars.
