Sort Pivot Table by "Frequent" words

I am trying to find a way to sort/filter a pivot table column by most common/frequent "words".

For Example, I work in a a family clinic and patients could come in because "headache, head injury, head trauma, constant head ache, hit in head by object ...".

I want to find a way to count all instances that say "head".

Note - this also will apply for other "common" words, such as pain (ie. neck pain, back pain, foot pain etc)

somewhat manual, but you can highlight multiple records in a pivot table and "group" them. then you can name the group whatever you want.

another option could be a helper column in your dataset - i.e. something like
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

(not tested) where your description is in column a - then you can include that helper column in your pivot table
