    Getpivotdata + sumifs

    Hello,

i need some advice on how to sum date from pivot table and put in another table. In the first column i have customer names (HP Germany, HP France, HP USA etc) and i want to get the all the sales from january 2014 for HP (HP Germany + France + USA) unifie (sum) them and put them in another table. I think this will happen with GETPIVOTDATA and SUMIFS ( the criterias are the customer numbers) but i don't know how should i implement the two functions together.

    =IF(ISERROR(GETPIVOTDATA("NETSALESEUR";$A$1;"YEAR";$H$2;"MONTH";$H3;"CUSTOMERNAME";A$3));"0";GETPIVOTDATA("NETSALESEUR";$A$1;"YEAR";$H$2;"MONTH";$H3;"CUSTOMERNAME";A$3))
    =SUM(SUMIFS(E3:E62;C3:C62;{"12345";"16479";"96853"}))

What is the easiest way of doing this two operation together, because i need to do this for a big table.
I can't attach the pivot table but this is how it should look like:

    Thanks in advance!

It would be much easier to write a formula if there were an actual pivot table in the workbook you provided...

    Flyboy65,

Thank you, but this doesn't work for me, because i can't modify my pivot table, it's drawing the data from SAP or Maconomy and there there isn't a field called "company" so i have to manage with what i have.

    romperstomper,

i'm attaching the pivot table, sorry i wasn't able earlier.

    How about this pivot table.

    See the attached file.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

    oeldere,

thank you for the advice, but the problem is that i have stricktly fixed fields in the pivot table and without the possibility to add new fields. I can't divide the colomn with the customer name on column 1 -"company" and column 2 - "country".

in that case add the data you use for the pivot table in an excel file, and add that file on the forum.

i can not, it is confidential... but the second attachement looks exactly the same (in terms of construction) as the original.

Your pivot table seems to have the back end data as well based on the second file you uploaded. I used this formula on the backend data.

Is this something you could work with instead of trying to do the formula on the pivot table itself?
