Adding a lower limit line to line graph

hi,
i've added this example spreadsheet and what i want to do is add is lower limit line on the line graph. the lower limit i want is 46, is this possible ?

In the column where you have a single value of 46, repeat that down for every record.
Then in the chart add a series plotting column AG.
