Colouring an area on a graph

Hi all,

Is there any way to colour an area between two lines on an excel chart. Referring to the attached example: I have a list of ranked categories, I wish to plot the average of the rankings, the average plus the variance and the average minus the variance. I have done this (see attachment) but now want to colour the area bounded by the lines. Is there a way to do this? or is there a better approach I should attempt?
