Graphing: Adding a secondary axis

How do I add a secondary axis in Excel 2007?

I could do it on the Excel 2003. But seem to be having problems in 2007. Directions in "help" say click the series, format, series option, "plot series on". But there is no "plot series on" button to choose.

You can't do that in 3D graphs. You must have 2D.

So,
change chart type -> choose 2D graph -> select data -> right click -> Format data series -> choose secondary axis
