Changing Ranges then Formatting Cells & chartS colours

I hope someone can help - I cannot find any help elsewhere!

The macro button on the Instructions tab (in yellow area) updates all the Variance values in tables on various tabs, then updates the colours in th echarts as well.

If I for instance insert a line in the table in any tab then the macro still works.

However if I delete a row in say table on tab 1.3 then th emacro no longer works.

This whole spreadsheet was set up by someone who has since left the company, and no-one here can help.
