Dynamic Charts

I have attached the excel which i have,


HEAT # Time Closure time abort month
x 14 3 n May-08
y 15 4 y May-08
z 16 5 y Jun-08
c 17 6 n May-08
a 18 7 y May-08

We have to create following graphs dynamically for every month and year :-
1. Aborts in a month
2. Heat cases in a month
3. Avg closure time of aborts
4. Avg closure time of all the Heats.

Can some one please do the range formulas and all for me as I have no idea about it and I have got this is an assignmnet.

I tried using some formulas but that will not be dynamic.
