    More Dynamic Charts!

    I am trying to create a dynamic chart that will only show the last 6 weeks of data without manually updating the range every time new information is added. I tried the offset method to no avail. See attachment for ideas. Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
    see attached. I've entered some dummy data in the last weeks of your chart, because the formulas only produced zeros, which was not good for testing.

    create your dynamic ranges with these formulas:

    ChartWeeks =OFFSET(WeeklyShotAnalysis!$C$6,0,COUNTA(WeeklyShotAnalysis!$6:$6)-7,1,6)
    chartLine0 =OFFSET(ChartWeeks,1,0)
    chartLine1 =OFFSET(ChartWeeks,2,0)
    chartLine2 =OFFSET(ChartWeeks,3,0)
    chartLine3 =OFFSET(ChartWeeks,4,0)

    let me know if this works for you

    Yep I got it working! Thank you! It looks like I will have to update the formulas weekly because I need the cells empty in order for the dynamic part of the chart to work.

    Is it possible to write a macro to do the updating? or does that get pretty complicated?
