Charting RTD data

I use RTD to import stock prices (bid,offer and last price). I would like to take a snap shot of these prices every minute and chart the evolution of prices throughout the day. Any ideas on the format or approach I need to take?

Thanks - The data is updated real time (ie sub second) but I only want 1 minute snapshots in a chartable list. I guess I'll have to find a developer to write the code since it seems there is no functionality to achieve this.
