Creating a graph that will update when more entries are added to the table

Attached is the spreadsheet in question.

I'm trying to make a graph of date on the x axis and score to date on the y axis.

So this will be an up and down thing as when the player fails to finish in top 3 they lose score and when they finish in top 3 they gain score. They could use this graph to track how they've been playing throughout the year, for example.

i've been trying to create one, but no idea how to link it to the data and so that when more data is added to the table the graph automatically updates?
