I am using Excel 2003, I have a bar chart with data labels as Value
I graph not to show even #N/A when the value is empty or error. I tried #N/A and also " " but didnt work. Can you help?

You should be able to use "" instead of NA() in order to surpress the data label text.

Thanks for the reply but "" does not work as well.
You can find an example attached where i dont want to see zero values after September and to change this automatically when I change the current month/

I thought you were refering to the data labels.
There is no formula that will exclude categories from a series.
Given your data layout you need to use a named range. Plenty of examples/links on forum
Sorry for the confusion. I am referring to the data labels, just want to make the data label disappear if it is zero...
