Naming the axis in Chart

How to name the axis in the charts.

Ex:

X Axis: Date of receipt of a note

Y Axis: Days taken to complete the task in the note

I have to name the X axis as : Date of receipt of note.
- do - Y axis as : Number of days

Hello,

click the chart, then the Layout tab on the Chart Tools. Click the Axis Titles dropdown and take it from there.
