Hello Andy,,
thank you for your input.
I used the code by adding a button unfortunatelly it is working partially.
When i click on the button but by clicking on run in the macro, it is copying the Graph in the ppt.

Your post does not comply with Rule 3 of our Forum RULES. Use code tags around code. Posting code without them makes your code hard to read and difficult to be copied for testing. Highlight your code and click the # at the top of your post window. For more information about these and other tags, found here
If you want the code to run when you click a button then you need to call the routine from the click event.

Hi Andy,
thank you for the response. i followed your instructions but it still not working.
Once click on the button there is a message asking to select the chart and to retry again.
I did it but it still not working.
Thanks

The problem is the routine is suppose to run on the active chart and by pressing a button you have removed focus from the chart so there is no active chart.
If the button is from the Control Toolbox set the property TackFocusOnClick to False.
Or use a Forms Button and assign the macro to the button.
Thank you very much.
Great explanation. it works.
