Plotting two axes on a scatter graph

    Hi guys

I need to plot Column A against column C on the attached scatter graph.

Basically, what i want to show is that 20% of people working in the company for 0 to 3 months obtained a PD rating of A, 50% of the people working in the company for 3 to 6 months obtained a PD rating of B, so on...

Also, does the attached graph look anything like a bell graph?

I think a Histogram will be suitable for your data.

climax, not all bell curves are perfectly symmetrical.

In order to plot a chart like this, you should use a XY chart, with numerical values for you X axis. Then you can actually include more than just the four data points to create a more precise bell curve. You will then be able to show the numbers for 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc months, instead of lumping them together. The aggregate of the four categories may skew the picture a bit.
See attached for a XY chart with your current data.

    cheers
