plotting sporadic dates on x axis with spacing between dates to scale

I also am having a difficult time with graphing my data set of three constituents for each of four days. I have tried switching my x axis to text and setting the 'verticle axis crosses:' to automatic. I need the dates to be apart from each other to scale, and to still show up on the x axis as a data collection point. I have tried this using the line graph and the line with markers graph.

Exclude column A from the range if you want the axis to handle the dates correctly.

Thanks a million. That did the trick. I do have to settle for the months though, which isnt a huge problem considering my data set.
