Add multiple data labels per bar on chart

I've been manually updating the labels inside the column chart by clicking on each data point, then:

Format Data Point >> Fill >> Picture or Texture Fill --> Clipboard

1) Is there a way to link the labels so they get updated automatically?
2) What about sizing, can you re-size the labels so they are not squished?

Please see attached, i ultimate want the 'Graph' tab but more auto-update?

You can use multiple series to plot the company names.
If you use a line series for each unique company name. The formula calculate the position of each point.
