Line Chart Y-Axis is subdivided into discrete ranges same x-axis

Hi,

I have searched the internet high and low to figure this out but still haven't found an answer. I need my y-axis of a line chart to subdivided into sections. So for the first range of 5 - 1 there is a line graph over an x axis going left to right. Then in the next range of values 5 - 1 there is a different line graph over the same x axis.

Yah I did attempt to follow it but my scale of numbers is different. I'm still trying at it.
