in charts how to create x and y values

when i click on a chart->Select data->Add i got output for these values "series name" "series values"

But I want when i click on chart->Select data->Add "series name","Series X Values" and "Series Y Values"

How to make this please help me...................................

Change chart type to XY, sounds like it is currently a Line chart
