    Question # completed by date

I have a number of workbooks that recorded the date each line item (row) completed each step (column: left to right, fill in the date as you go), along with some 'N/A' data. I have attached a generic sample.

I am trying to plot a curve depicting the completion rate of all line items, with the calendar (date range) on the x-axis, and the number completed on the y-axis.

Perhaps you could construct a small subset of your scenario, free of confidential data, by attaching 2 workbooks to your post. Each workbook would then contain some projects and completion information.

This would provide for a better platform from which to assist you.

    Re: # completed by date

I have attached one workbook to my post, because I do not need to synthesize the workbooks, but do need to use the same chart in the separate workbooks.

Sorry, I missed the attachment on the first go around
    Your tables are elegantly done
It would appear that most of the information you need to construct the chart is available.
To construct the chart you will need to create a date column, a date project created column, and a date project completed column. Then compute the completion rate column using the COUNTIFS function. If you can give me the 3 columns of data, I can help you construct the chart.
