Count of cells between range of time, per date

Hi,

I am looking to have a graph displaying how many inquiry I received during certain range of time (indicated below), per day.

I need a scatter with only markers type graph.

X axis my dates

Y axis my hours range

My Range of hours are :

08:00 until 09:00
09:00 until 17h00
17h00 until 18h00
18h00 until 20h00
20h00 until 08h00

Please you ll save my month by finding a solution.

Ok I've just had a very qiuck look at your situation.

One of your problems is that the info in col2 contains two different pieces of data - This would need to be seperated and then format the coloums so that they are formatted as date/time etc.

After you have split the data run your chart as normal and this will show the ranges that you want.

thank you for your help, i manage to do it following your indication but my range of hours are cot display, excel is displaying is own scale.

if you could bounce me back an example I can take a look for you ( not really sure of the problem you describe )
