    #REF error, scroll bar

    Hello
Struggling to remove the #REF that appears on my graph when you scroll to the very right hand side.

the graph shows the quota at a stand still and compares actuals for the sales rep (as your scroll across). however for some reason its showing #REF for the last two ppl that i removed.

can someone pls help :S, ive been at this for the past 2 days almost. thx you!

    Hi jw01,
Try an IfError solution to your bad refs.

See the attached. Hope this works for you.

I was a little confused as your profile says 2007 where IfError is available but the file was a .xls where in 2003 it was not.

    hello marvin,

    thxs for your prompt response.

i use 2007 but when i send stuff out to the field, they generally use 03, so i tend to save all my files in 03 version.

thxs for your solution, however, if u notice, in the scroll graph, if u scroll to the far right, there still appears to be a value or it shows data. i would like for that not to show at all.

i tried incorporating the NA() formula, but on the x-axis, its showing NA().

i want to completely remove it. your thoughts? thxs alot again!

    Hi,
How about setting the maximum of your scroll control to 6 instead of 8?

    See attached.

Marvin, it seems that this has been solved:

I had asked the OP to come here and let you know so that your time wasn't wasted, I guess he marked the thread as Solved and you may not have noticed.

    Hi NBVC,

Thanks for thinking of me. I wonder if setting the max to 6 really solved his problem or if it was more involved than that.
