mousing over data pts in xy plot

I have a large spreadsheet of x/y data points plotted in a scatter plot. Column B contains the x data, column C contains the y data. Column A contains the ID for each point.
While in the chart, I would like to mouse over each point to get the associated name from Column A. Is this doable?

You can not alter the text displayed by the default chart tip.
