manually enter labels < auto label chart

In the attached file, there are percentages with a blue font that are text boxes and, if possible, I was hoping there was a way to may them regular chart labels that I don't have to manually type in each time. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

there is no blue text, but I see two text boxes in the chart. Click one text box, then click the formula bar, enter a = sign and click the cell where the text/value is that you want to display in the text box. If you change the cell value, then the text box will also change.

Then select a chart and switch ribbon to Chart > Layout. click and icon and use your mouse to select the data your want to input

If you add repeat dummy series to the secondary axis you can use this free addin to link the percentage values to the data labels.
