Condtional Formatting Bar Chart

Hello,

I have a bar chart where it is using a three tier coloring spectrum to display percentages towards a goal.

0-89.99% = Red

90%-99.99% = Yellow

100%+ = Green

I know how to use conditional formating for cells, but am curious if I can apply these rules to allow conditional formatting for my chart as well?

Use multiple series and control which data points are displayed via formula.
