Displaying Values with a High Range Between Them

    Hi all,

In the following workbook, on the sheet that is already active, there is a chart called "Final Profits & Sales Revenue %". The y-axis label is from 0 to 4,000,000. I have three series' of data being filled into this chart and two are below 1000 while 1 ranges between 400,000 and 4,000,000. I cannot get this chart to display all three series selections well.

This workbook is almost finished and is for a class presentation and I really want it to display right. Could someone help me with this? I know that doing someone's homework is not considered cool but this is just one chart and I will split it out if I have to but I was hoping to keep it all on one chart but I cannot seem to work the magic needed on it.

    Regards:

I used a pie chart (which I am not really fond of) and it at least displays the data in a suitable manner. I don't know if this is solved yet so I am going to leave it for a bit.

You can move the % series to the secondary axis.

You could use a Log scale but I don't think that helps.

You could drop the Profit per Unit line and instead output those values as the category labels on the seconadry axis.

Outstanding Andy and thank you very much. I have no clue as to how you did that but it looks fantastic!
