3D Charting

Want to chart a variable with respect to two other variables. It's not exactly a surface plot. Most tutorials talk about surface plotting

Example

Z X Y
40 205 460
41 206 461
42 207 462
43 208 463
44 209 464
45 210 465
46 211 466
47 212 467

Z goes up/down
X goes left /right
Y goes into/outof the page

I want to make a 3 dimensional scatter plot of this data.

Is it possible?

One way to do this is illustrated in the attached file, or you can download it from:

There are no macros in the file.
It uses a pair of defined names for formulas.
