Comparison of actuals over a period with Variance in chart

Hi,

I want to compare the actuals figure reported by certain circle over two financial years and would like to show them along with the variance/gap.

Just a simple column chart or a line chart is not looking good. If you could suggest something more interesting and meaningful, that would be of great help.

See the attached file where I have tried showing the variance for BH in both the years.. if you like this, same can be done for other measures as well. Thanks.
