Chart Title to reference a cell and add text

I have a chart title as a reference to a cell but I would also like to add text before and after the title.

Any idea how?

Hi jimstrongy,

Can't you add that directly into the cell ?
I have checked you can enter a "=" i.e, is equal to kind of reference in the chart title but concatenate other texts or use of ampersand (&) are not getting accepted there.
