Plotting Data in a Graph

Hi there, I thought this would be simple and have been strugling to figure it out so I need some help. I am trying to plot a chart with values as follows:

3 columns: A(Job Number), B(weight), C(Moment)

I am trying to have weight and moment values on the axis make up point on the graph which would be labeled with A(Job Number).

Any suggestions?
