I need help plotting points for systolic and diastolic BP while also indicating what the different regions mean as shown in this graph:

You can create a combination chart, stacked column and xy-scatter, to produce that chart.
Stack columns will provide the shaded areas.
xy-scatter series to hold descriptive data labels
xy-scatter series, on secondary axis, to plot reading.
Thank you VERY much. This is immensely helpful! Can you please tell me how to make it to where the x-axis extends farther (i.e. to a value of 120 on the Diastolic range)?
These are the values I am trying to graph attached and copied below (As you can see, one of our data points has a very high diastolic pressure) Thank you in advance

First change and extend the range used to plot individual S/D points.
You will need to increase the Secondary horizontal axis Max =120
Increase the data set used to plot the shaded areas. The extend each data series to use all data points.
You can either select a series and use the bounding area to drag and extend or use the Select data dialog to alter each series.
