How to LINK chart to the data table on sheet 1.. PLease help.

Hi can you help me please how... I attached my assignment hope you can view the file.


The chart should link to the data table on Sheet 1 rather than re-creating the table again on another worksheet. Please link the chart to the data table on Sheet 1, and delete the data table in the Chart1 worksheet.

Not 100% I understand your need. Do you want to move the chart from the worksheet to its own page?

Try right click on the chart

Select data

Change the two occurences of Chart1 to Sheet1.

Hope this works.

Charts are always linked to source data somewhere in the same workbook and yu are being asked to change the link for one range of data to another.

Have a look at the difference when you right click - Select data before and after.
