Row Height Changes When Pivot Table is Refreshed

I am new to pivot tables, just hasn't been one of my needs before.

I have a pivot table that I adjusted the HEADINGS row to allow displaying long Headings in a wrapped text format.

When I refresh the pivot table, the HEADINGS row height reverts to the default row height. The text in the heading row also reverts back to default setting (Arial 10).

Is there any way to maintain the row height and font size that I have to customize after each time I "refresh" my pivot table?

try right-clicking in the table and going into PT options. under layout and formatting, make sure that "preserve formatting on update" is checked

I have gone to the PT options and have confirmed "preserve formatting on update" was checked.

Any other ideas/suggestions?
