Stackable Bar Chart Help

I have not been on here in a while becuase, thanks to everyones help, I have become more adept than I was previously (may not be saying much). However, now I am having an issue.

It is quite simple to make a stack bar chart, but I want mine to be more complex.

In essence I was the X axis to be the months of the year. The Y axis to be volume. Under each month of the X axis I want to stack two volume types but also show historical perspective for those same volume types in the same month the year prior. I have included a photo that I made up with simple shapes for what I am looking for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
