Row Totals in a pivot table. Total column question.

I have a pivot has three value columns. Total volume represents the sum of all products shipped. No Subs represents how many of these have been substituted and "-%" is the percentage substitutions.

The issue I have is with the row totals. Total Vol and Total No Subs are fine but the -% column is the sum of all the substitutions rather than the % of substitutions made overall.

I think I am making a fundamental mistake but I can't fix it with my feeble excel skills. Any help would be appreciated.

    Many Thanks

I think you want a calculated field rather than using the source data formula. See attached version of your workbook.

    I have now resolved this.

The issue I was having (I think) was using a calculation in the data source. The fix was made by inserting a calculated field into the pivot to do what I wanted. The totals were then what I needed.

Many Thanks to all who read this post

Thanks Cutter unfortunately my deadline meant that I neglected to set this to solved but I will not do so again. I did manage to thank romperstomper however. Thank you for setting me straight.
