Calculating the count of the item listed in the column header

Hi, this is probably a simple question, but I have never used Pivot Tables before. I have a large amount of information that I need to sort and hope it isn't too difficult. I have a column of vaccine names and a column of ages. I want to create a table that will list the vaccines in the row, the ages in the columns and then count the number of ages in the value section. I hope this makes sense. So in my excel sheet attached, there should be the count of 5 where HIB and age 0 intersect. I got to the point where I get the Vaccines in the rows, and the Ages in the columns, but then I am stuck. Thank you in advance!

This is great! But how did you do it?? I cannot figure out how to get the count of age into the values section if I already have the age field in the column label. I have a very large worksheet that I need to do this on. Thank you!
