    Conditional data label formats?

Is it possible to tell a chart to only show a data label for value if the value is above 0?
For example, for supplier 1 there are 15 reports on time, 3 late and 0 outstanding. For supplier 2 there are 10 reports on time, 0 late and 8 outstanding.

I do not want it to say 0 for outstanding on supplier 1 or 0 late for supplier 2, but I do want it to say 8 outstanding for supplier 2 and 3 late for supplier 1.

*All data is fictional for the example.

If you show us how you're data is build up, you get an better answer.

Problably it can be done with pivot table.
Notice my main language is not English.

Well at the moment it's just some data sitting in a table with a basic bar chart that reads from the tables.

A1 = Value for supplier 1's on time reports
A2 = Value for suppliers 1's late reports
A3 = Value for supplier 1's outstanding reports

B1 = Value for supplier 2's on time reports
B2 = Value for suppliers 2's late reports
B3 = Value for supplier 2's outstanding reports

I have no experience with pivot tables but I'm eager to learn. (As long as they're in excel 2003)

    Re: Conditional data label formats?

I'm sorry but this is for work, i don't actually have excel on my computer at the moment.

I think the question is pretty clear without a physical example but I apologize for not being able to provide one.
