Automate Graph Making?

I have been asked to make a radar graph for each of my 160 students once a month, after they take a speaking level tests. I am thinking there must be a shortcut to making these graphs. As it stands now, I am forced to make 160 graphs once a month one at a time. This sucks. Is there a way to automate this process?

The radar graph needs to show each test and their scores on each test. Every time they are being graded on Memorization, Pronunciation, Delivery, & Comprehension. Please look at the attached picture of what my spreadsheet looks like. There should only be one student per graph. This is to let the students know how they are improving (or getting worse) throughout the year.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
